RBC09 - Circles

Published by inkypaws under Rubbernecker Stamps

Hope everyone had a great Mother’s Day!

Mine was spent painting (the dining room…lol) and buying picnic tables. We are getting ready for #3 son’s (we have 4 boys) graduation from college. My folks and my inlaws will be in town later this week so if my blog gets quiet, it’s because I’m having some family time.

It’s time for another Rubbernecker Blogger Challenge! This week you challenge is to make a card using circles. It can be a circle shaped card or have circles as one or more of the elements. Have fun!

My dotted background was made with Sponge Daubers and Adirondack Cranberry and Stonewashed ink. After I got my circles how I wanted them I cut the panel into squares. My flower circles were cut with Classic Standard and Small Nestabilities (Spellbinders).

Birthday Blast

Published by inkypaws under Lizzie Anne Designs

Here’s a quick card that would make a perfect Birthday card for a little boy.

I cut the circle (Prism Sugar Cream) with the largest Classic Circle Nestabilities die and then cut off an edge with my paper cutter. I stamped the texture and then sponged the edges with Ranger Distress Vintage Photo ink.

I stamped the rocket, colored with Copic markers and then cut out. I attached with 3M Foam tape and then added the trail freehand.
