New Releases Now at My Favorite Things!

All the new sets at My Favorite Things are officially for sale!!!

As most of you know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. As women, I’m sure that all of us have been touched by breast cancer in one way or another, personally, either a family member or a friend. Even though great strides have been made in fighting this disease, more advances are needed. I am very honored to be a part of this “Think Pink” Minis on a Mission by My Favorite Things . For every set of Think Pink that is purchased, 50% of the retail proceeds (and 25% of wholesale proceeds) will be going directly to Susan G. Komen for the Cure and breast cancer initiatives.

I used the sketch from this week’s JBWW challenge for my card.

The main background was made by swiping ink directly on to white CS. The panel behind the girls Was made by stamping the open flower from new Boho Blossoms set randomly first in pink and then in Basic Grey. The bottom panel was stamped the same way in just pink.

Paper: Whisper White, Basic Black, Basis Grey, DP - Scarlett’s Letter Basic Grey

Ink: Noir Black Palette, Versamagic Pink Petunia, Basic Grey

    Jeanne - this card is beautiful. I just placed my first MFT order. I just participated in a 5K run this weekend for breast cancer, so am excited to see such a great stamp set. I will be saving a couple of my thank-you cards for when I receive this set.
