That’s what I thought when I saw Gina K. Designs new set (available now!) Way to Go . This is the first set in a line called “Tickle Your Funny Bone”. The possibilities are just endless with this set!!!!
The first project is a card. I stamped the image on Georgia Pacific White CS and then colored the image and background with Copic Markers. The edges are sponged in Bravo Burgandy. I layered it onto Bravo Burgandy CS and then stitched a double line around it with my new sewing machine (Sherry made me buy it
).
The background panel is a layer of Blush Blossom and a strip of Mellow (Basic Grey) that was layered onto Bravo Burgandy CS. I glued all the pieces together and then stitched.

Ink: Noir Black Palette, Bravo Burgandy
Accessories: Burgandy GG Ribbon, Copic Markers, Sewing machine

Here’s a very simple project. I took a roll of toilet paper (I had to remove a few sheets to fit) and put it in a large cello bag. Add some ribbon and a quick punched tag and you’ve got a funny little gift for someone special. I know you can think of someone to give this to…………..hehe

My time with Sherry was up today. Sniff, sniff. The last 3 weeks have just zipped by. I enjoyed every adventure along the way (can you say Road Trip next time!). Who’s gonna clean up after me now? And who’s gonna tell me where all my stuff is that Sherry reorganized while she was here?
BAWHAHAAAAAAA!!!!

Enough of the Sherry talk (hehe) it’s Sneak Peak time!!!!!
This is a really simple (and kinda goofy) card made from 2 round coasters. I covered them with patterned paper from Paper Loft. The eyes and mouth were stamped with elements from the new “Build a Bouquet” set from My Favorite Things that will be released November 1st. I stamped and then punched the eyes (that sounded funny) with a 1 3/8″ circle punch. I stamped the mouth directly onto the coaster. The top holes were punched with a Cropadile and then I threaded some Black Gingham ribbon through to connect them. Easy peasy!

Paper: Whisper White, DP from Paper Loft, 2 round coasters
Ink: Adirondack Pitch Black, Purple Twilight, Aqua
Accessories: Hemp, Black Gingham, 1 3/8″ and 3/4″ circle punches

Sherry (BadSherry), Jenn (jbalcer) and I trekked up I-35 to Salado on Saturday and met up with……………..
Sharon (StamperSharon), Bev (TexasGrammy) AND Anna (SweetMissDaisy)!!!
What a wonderful bunch of girls! I have met both Bev and Sharon before so I knew I could expect some belly laughs and lots of hugs. I was thrilled to finally get to meet Anna who is my coloring idol! She is so sweet and pretty (quit ditching the photos girlie - you’re gorgeous!). We had so much fun shopping at Stamp Salado. Then we had a yummy lunch with more laughs.
Thanks so much for the great day ladies!!!
