Dauber Dots Background

Here’s an easy technique to make a Polka Dot background. I used a Tsukineko Sponge Dauber to make my background.

First ink up your Dauber ( I used Ranger Distress Vintage Photo) and make a diagonal line of dots.

Add more dots on either side of you first line of dots in a triangle pattern. This helps keep the dots fairly even . Don’t worry about it being perfect!!!

Keep going until you have our background done!

I used my Dauber background to make the panels for this card. I also used the Dauber to sponge all the panel edges:

Stamps: 84- 09 Carrot Bunny - Rubbernecker Stamp Co.

Paper: Georgia Pacific White, Vanilla, Chocolate, Basic Gray Lilykate

Ink: Ranger Distress Black Soot, Vintage Photo

Accessories: Tsukineko Sponge Daubers, Copic markers, Prima flower, Pink GG ribbon, Mega Circle and Maga Scallop Circle punches.
