RBC03 Rocked & Layered
Here’s a three dimensional Rock & Rolled flower variation in the Rubbernecker Blogger Challenge colors (RBC03). Come and play!
RBC03 Details —> HERE
The flower images are from KK Originals, a wonderful line of stamps that can be found starting tomorrow at Rubbernecker Stamp Co.!!!
Look for other KK Originals samples on the Rubbernecker Team blogs:
Directions for making the flower can be found below.
Step 1: I inked the entire flower in the Versamagic Pixie Dust ink.
Step 2: With the tip of the Red Magic pad I added ink to the outer edges of the petals.
Step 3: Add Red Magic ink to the center of the flower with a Fantastix.
Huff (breathe to remoisten) on your image and stamp.
I stamped 2 medium flowers, 1 small and 1 extra small and cut them out.
The flowers were layered largest to smallest. Turning them so they didn’t line up. I added small pieces of foam tape under the 2 top layers and also to attach the assembled flower to the card.
Here are the products I used to make this card:
Paper: Georgia Pacific White, Prism Prismatics Baby Pink Dark, Herb Garden Light, Frosted Amethyst
Ink: Versamagic Pixie Dust, Red Magic, Adirondack Pitch Black, Cool Peri, Juniper
Accessories: Fantastix, Sponges, 3M Foam Dimension Tape, Black Gingham

Gorgeous flower Jeanne!! Love the colorblocking too.

Really pretty flowers - great job on the card. Thanks for the great tutorial. I do have a question - the last photo shows a roll of some kind of tape - it is not mentioned in the supplies used list. What is it? And what’s it good for. I am assuming you used to to make the flower pop = that it is some kind of dimensional tape. Thanks for sharing!
