Animal Print Background

Published by inkypaws at 1:56 am under Rubbernecker Stamps

I thought it would be fun to show you how I make a realistic animal print background. I think you’ll be surprised at how easy it is. All images are from Rubbernecker Stamp Co.

Step 1:

Sponge randomly on Vanilla CS with Ranger Distress Vintage Photo ink. I use the rounded side of a round sponge that has cut into quarters.

Step 2:

In a circular scrubbing motion apply a little more Vintage Photo ink.

Step 3:

Stamp the animal print image in Ranger Distress Black Soot over the top of the sponging.

Here’s my finished card:

Wow! that really does sound easy. I tried to do your triple Faux Linen, this morning. Not so easy and mine was,…. Well… not too great. Thanks for all your tutorials and hints.
