RBC13 Got Paint?

Today’s Rubbernecker Blogger Challenge (RBC13) is to make a card using paint.

You can use Crackle Paint, acrylic paint or any paint you have!


Please link your card or project back to this challenge post using at least one Rubbernecker (or Stamp Oasis, KK Originals or Jeanne Streiff Collection image) to be entered in a random monthly prize drawing.

Three ways to enter:

My card was made using Adirondack Paint Daubers instead of ink on my stamps. I used Black Glossy cardstock and stamped the Wheat Swirl Flourish repeatedly in Gold paint to make the background. I start in the middle and work my way out when covering a background with an image. Here’s the first paint stamped image:

I painted the image all Gold and then added Wild Plum on the flower and a little Citrus paint to the leaves. I wanted some of the gold to show through on the image. I then cut out the circle and scalloped mat with Nestabilities die.

Stamps: 401-020204 Flora & Flairs, 400-01 Wheat Swirls Flourish, Hugs, Kisses and Well Wishes text (I used only the bottom of the sentiment) - Rubbernecker Stamp Co.

Paper: Glossy Black (Rubbernecker), White, Black, Razzleberry Dark -Prism Papers

Ink: Ranger Distress Black Soot

Accessories: Adirondack Paint Daubers - Gold, Citrus, Wild Plum, Circles and Scallop Circle Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Black GG Ribbon
