October Dirty Dozen Challenge and MORE Blog Candy!!!

Published by inkypaws at 8:36 am under High Hopes

It’s time for the October Dirty Dozen/ Dirty Dozen Alumni Challenge!

And…keep reading for a chance to win some High Hopes Rubber Stamps Blog Candy!

Every month the SCS Dirty Dozen and Dirty Dozen Alumni get together for a challenge. This month’s challenge is:

Challenge Focus: Create a Halloween card or treat holder.

Required Element: Googlie Eyes!

Restricted Element: No pumpkins!

Check out the other girls cards —>HERE

I chose this fun Pirate image from High Hopes because I thought he’d make a good Trick or Treater. I made a mask by cutting a circle from a piece of copy paper and sponged the moon with So Saffron ink. I then covered the moon section with the cut out circle and sponged the sky with Dusty Concord and Milled Lavender ink. The grass was sponged with Peeled Paint ink.

The pirate and the candy bucket (I drew that) were colored with Copic markers and cut out. I removed his sword so he could carry the candy bucket.
