Elzybells Challenge #28 and a Prism Project

It’s challenge day at Elzybells Art Stamps! Every other week a fun new challenge is posted on the Elzybells blog. After you do the challenge make sure and link your creation to the Challenge post on the blog!

The challenge is to CASE one of the Elzybells Design Team’s cards (make a new card using one of the DT’s cards as inspiration).
