Here is my card using stamps from Whipper Snapper Designs and dies from Sizzix.

I die cut my card with 658843 Sizzix Circle Standups.

Next I cut some borders with 659742 Sizzix Bigz XL Borders and my Big Shot.

I colored my image with Touch Twin Markers and then die cut with 657551 Sizzix Circle Framelits.

I added some doodling and finished my card.
