K… there is lots of fun to be had with the new Up Up & Away Cutting Plate from Taylored Expressions. This die set comes with extra dies for the balloons so layering is a breeze. So much fun and it can be used many ways!

For this card I trimmed the frame off of the Up Up & Away Cutting Plate with scissors and used old book page that was inked to die cut my balloons. I sprayed a little Dylusions Spray White Linen and doodled a border. The phrase is from When Your Heart Speaks.
For my next project I trimmed two of the balloons from the frame of the Up Up & Away Cutting Plate and added Silver Glitter Paper (that I inked with Touch Twin Markers). I heat set the balloons with a Ranger Heat Tool. I added a phrase first (Leave a Little Sparkle) and then attached my balloons. I used a pen to fill in the letters and stars onto my balloon strings.
