It’s been a odd week. Some really good stuff and then some really bad stuff. I’m opting not to dwell on the bad stuff and move on back to all good stuff. So when I got my stamping and coloring therapy going today I went for a cheery big butterfly (Swallowtail) and a nice sentiment from You’ve Got This.
I stamped the butterfly with Jet Black Stazon and used markers (butterfly- Watermelon Wonder ,Tangelo Twist, background – Mint Macaron & Lost Lagoon) and a Aqua Painter to color my image. Next I scribbled some ink on a piece of some plastic packaging and picked up paint with an Aqua Painter. Markers were used directly to add some details to the butterfly. To finish my card I added some splatters of thinned with water gesso to the background and doodled with a Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker.
And of course I used my Misti from My Sweet Petunia for perfecto stamping!
