It’s my turn to host the Mix-Ability (MIX 2) Challenges on Splitcoast!

The challenge this week is Embossing Resist. It’s a simple technique that uses clear embossing powder and embossing ink (I used Top Boss from Clearsnap) on white cardstock. Then I added spray inks and and stamps. Wipe with a paper towel and you embossed image pops!

Here is my project:

I stamped the birthday4subway image with watermark ink onto white cardstock, added clear embossing powder and heat embossed.  I then used ink sprays (Banana and Guava) over my embossed panel. Wipe with a paper towel.

Next I stamped the flowers over the top of the image with Raspberry and Guava Premium Dye inks.  Wipe with paper towel again to remove any excess ink on the embossed areas.

I stamped my balloon with Colorbox Premium Dye in (Raspberry) and die cut (ballons2cut stamp/die set).
