My treat holder uses Cover-a Card CC046 Distress Dots and G7534 Dogs Totally Rule. I took a bite out of the corner of the with an oval scallop punch:
I colored the dog image with Copic markers and added Nut Brown Flower Soft around the edge to make it shaggy like a dawg. 🙂
